Revert "Bump to GitBlit 1.7.0-SNAPSHOT" This version of gitblit is not compatible with Gerrit 2.10 due to different version of Guava. This reverts commit 57a914de98eed950d0b451df5a111a80f970c1ff. Change-Id: I13871f39eb69f83721a797c08c73a85e54f6b9c9
